Important Registration Policies
By signing up, registrants agree to abide by our Safer Spaces policy. Registrants also grant DCLX permission to use their likeness in photographs in any and all publications and materials without payment or consideration made to them.
Affordability
DCLX is for everyone. We offer volunteering, payment plans, and sliding scale options to make passes accessible. Email info@dclx.org to learn more!
Volunteering
Volunteers are paid $20 for every hour-long shift they work. Let us know during checkout if you would like to volunteer, and our volunteer coordinator will get in touch with you close to the event.
Transfers/Credits
In general, there are no refunds on passes purchased. However, pass transfers to another person or another year will be allowed up until Friday, April 24 at 8pm. Free/Complimentary passes are non-transferable.

Housing
Housing will not be arranged by DCLX this year. We will have a Facebook group set up for folks to arrange housing together, whether that be staying with locals, offering housing to out-of-town dancers, or arranging shared housing (e.g., Airbnb, hotels, etc.). Apparel
Apparel can be purchased with your event registration or separately on the Apparel page.
We’ll close pre-orders for apparel in early April. After the deadline, a limited quantity of apparel will be available.
Swag
Swag will be given on a first check-in, first serve basis.
